Areas of Expertise
For the last 4 years, Chris has worked as an executive and team coach, helping individuals find more fulfilment and joy in their work and collaboratively deliver more value to their organisations.
He works with middle and senior managers to improve performance by increasing personal efficiency and effectiveness; by honing their management skills; by helping them become better leaders; but most of all by leveraging their natural talents and abilities in the service of something greater than themselves.
He works with teams to develop what he calls "Team Excellence". Teams generate sustained high performance through establishing a clear set of values, a compelling vision and commitment to innovation, ownership, mutual trust and support. And of course, by having fun.
Chris believes in working smart, not hard and often coaches clients around this theme, with his own approach and toolset. He believes that his main role as coach is to be a good thinking partner, creating the right conditions for his clients to think more clearly and creatively about the issues that are important to them.
